Creating a wiki page

Our assignment this week was to create a wiki page about a book we like. I chose “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” because it is one of my favorite books and a very interesting one. Then I created an account on the wiki we were going to use.

I will be honest with you, I didn’t exactly know that wikis were a thing, so it was a new concept for me. But thanks to collaborative editing and commenting, it went pretty good. Also, seeing my friends' work was helpful in terms of self-assessment. Other than that, the interface of the wiki was user-friendly, therefore I was able to easily add media, focus on my writing without getting lost. Overall, I liked this experience and I might use it for my students in the future.
